What we do
Solar for homes, shops and factories
One price covers the equipment, the installation, the paperwork and five years of care. Here is what that means, and what it does not.
Shops
On-grid systems that cut what you buy from the grid during working hours. One price and one team, from the first survey to switch-on.
Factories
Larger rooftop plants. We check the structure and your connection on site before we quote, so the quotation reflects what the roof can actually carry.

Not included
- Net meter charges, which you pay directly to your DISCOM
- Civil work beyond standard mounting, such as parapet building, roof waterproofing or extra pedestals
- Upgrading your house wiring, if your service cable is too thin to take solar power back
- Electricity and water at the site during installation
- Any DISCOM charges, security deposits or load-enhancement fees
- Delays outside our control: DISCOM, the government portal, weather or civil unrest
How it works
From site check to switch-on
What happens, in order, and what you do at each step.
Step 1
Free site check
We visit, look at your roof and structure, and check your meter and connection. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
Step 2
One clear quotation
You get one price including GST, with the government subsidy shown separately so you can see what you will actually pay. It stays valid for 15 days.
Step 3
Agreement and applications
You pay a booking advance and sign the agreement. We then file your applications on the PM Surya Ghar portal and with your DISCOM.
Step 4
Installation and switch-on
We deliver and fit the system, then your DISCOM commissions it. This usually takes 30–45 working days from order confirmation; the DISCOM's approval time is outside our control.

Breakdown calls
Attended within 48 hours, as part of five years of care from the date your DISCOM commissions the system. Care includes overhauling, regular health checks and two preventive cleaning visits a year.

Performance ratio (minimum)
Guaranteed at commissioning and maintained through the five-year warranty, provided shading is unchanged from the site survey, the grid supply is available and the panels are cleaned routinely as advised.
Panels are Adani or Waaree TOPCon modules, listed under ALMM List-II (DCR). Inverters are from Sungrow, Deye, Havells or Polycab.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
How much does a home solar system cost?
It depends on the system size and the equipment. After a free site check we give you one price including GST, with the government subsidy shown separately so you can see what you will actually pay. You can pay directly or finance the system through a bank.
Will solar work on cloudy days or during the monsoon?
Yes. Panels still generate in diffuse light, just at lower output. We size your system on a full year of generation, not on the sunniest month.
How long does installation take?
From order confirmation to commissioning is usually 30–45 working days. Fitting the system is quick; most of the time is your DISCOM's net-meter approval, which is outside our control.
What maintenance do solar panels need?
Panels need routine cleaning. Our five years of care include two preventive cleaning visits a year and attending breakdown calls within 48 hours.
Are there government subsidies available?
Rooftop solar for homes can qualify for the central PM Surya Ghar subsidy and the UPNEDA state subsidy. We prepare and file the applications. The subsidy is paid by the government directly into your bank account after commissioning, so its timing is up to the authorities, not us.
What do I pay for, and what is extra?
Your price covers the equipment, installation, applications and five years of care. Net meter charges, civil work beyond standard mounting, house-wiring upgrades and any DISCOM charges are not included. The list is on this page and in your quotation.
